Start with a familiar day.
Tell our team what an ordinary day looks like for your loved one. Our caregivers assist with personal care, daily routines and mobility according to assessed needs. Familiar habits and personal preferences belong in that conversation, too.
- Which everyday tasks need a helping hand?
- What support is needed with moving around?
- Which routines, interests and family connections matter most?
Talk through nursing and follow-up.
Facility Manager Charlene Kilian helps families understand daily arrangements. Sister van Eeden carries out rounds to help identify concerns early and arrange appropriate follow-up.
Discuss specific nursing or clinical needs privately during the assessment. Ask about medical appointments, additional clinical support and any arrangements or costs that need separate confirmation.
See the spaces your loved one would use.
A personal viewing is a chance to explore the shared lounge, bedroom and bathroom, meet the team and talk about the accommodation. Ask which home and room options are currently suitable and available, and bring the questions that matter to your family.
Put the care and quotation together.
We discuss care suitability before admission. The quotation follows a needs assessment and consideration of room options. Ask for the care arrangements, inclusions, exclusions and any additional support to be confirmed in writing before you decide.
Viewing times and room options.
You can request a viewing or family call between 08:00 and 18:00 South African time (SAST, UTC+2). Choose your preferred date and time on our enquiry form. Our team will contact you to confirm the arrangements.
